Based on the analytical S-matrix theory and methods for solution of the inverse scattering problem, we developed an approach to construction of effective hadron-hadron potentials in states with arbitrary angular momenta in which the information on discontinuities of partial-wave scattering amplitudes across nearest-to-physical-region dynamical cuts in the complex plane of the relative momentum of colliding particles has a dominant role. The method was used to construct nucleon-nucleon potentials in 1P1, 3P0, and 3P: states. The one-boson exchange model involving 7r, a, p, w, r), a0 meson exchange mechanisms was used to calculate discontinuities of NN scattering partial-wave amplitudes. Energy dependencies of phase shifts in the NN-scattering channels of interest were well described up to lab kinetic energies of the incident nucleon T = 1.2 -1.4 GeV.
