ORDERING KINETICS IN BINARY ALLOYS OF THE AuCu3 TYPE

摘要

The paths and times of establishing a long-range order in binary alloys were determined. The possibility of formation of intermediate long-lived structures during ordering was studied. The lifetimes of such structures were evaluated by numerical calculation.
