Trelleborg, Sweden - Trelleborg Offshore & Construction has finalised the acquisition of Manchester, UK-based Ambler Technologies. Ambler develops and produces composite materials designed to achieve precisely specified buoyancy and insulation properties, mainly for deep-sea environments.
