Merck is presenting new developments in its "isishape" product range. This comprises printable etching pastes that enable antireflective coatings (such as SiNx) and passivation films (e.g. SiO2 or AlOx) to be etched selectively onto solar cells or onto transparent conductive materials (such as indium tin oxide).
