碱性蚀刻子液在线路板蚀刻过程中提高蚀刻均匀性的研究

摘要

In PCB etching process by using the etching liquid supplement cooperate to automatically add device instead of traditional solid ammonium chloride added process,improve the uniformity of the circuit board surface etching,improve the ability of circuit board of the actual production process.%在线路板蚀刻过程中通过使用蚀刻补充子液配合自动添加装置替代传统的固体氯化铵补充工艺，提高线路板表面蚀刻的均匀性，提高线路板实际生产的工艺能力。
