The main reason behind such a growth of HML, the philosophy of quality products and quality service, meeting delivery commitments, advising customers of the right approach, and making them feel confident that HML will not cheat them, since it belongs to OCL group who is a competitor to our customer in Refractory business as well as Sponge Iron business. Such a policy was followed from day 1 of operations, has been followed since then till today, and will be followed to time eternity. We try to choose people who are conducive to following such philosophy, and then we nurture them and their talent to bring out the best in them. Our people are our biggest assets, and we feel proud to have them with us. We therefore give them independence in their work to fulfill the commitments which they make at the beginning of the year.
