NOJA Power will supply an estimated 450 reclosers during the course of the contract. The reclosers will be used in the ScottishPower network as part of their ongoing reliability improvement program. The OSM15-200 recloser was selected by SPEN after a detailed engineering evaluation had been conducted. Their decision was based on the advanced features offered, including: Solid dielectric insulation Maintenance-free stainless steel construction Extensive type tests Excellent reliability record of the OSM in the field Functionality and flexibility of the in-built Relay/RTU.
