PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receive contract selection device, power receive contract selection method, and power receive contract selection program capable of selecting a power receive contract by which an electricity charge reduces.SOLUTION: A power receive contract selection device of an embodiment includes a calculation unit and a selection unit. The calculation unit calculates, for each of a plurality of power receive contracts, an electricity charge including a basic charge to be determined depending on a power receive contract showing the upper limit of purchase power, on the basis of a power utilization mode in a target facility and the power receive contract. The selection unit selects, on the basis of calculated electricity charges, a power receive contract whose electricity charge is relatively low from the plurality of power receive contracts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
