PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract power determination support device, a contract power determination support method and a contract power determination support program capable of more appropriately determining a recommended value of contract power. SOLUTION: The contract power determination support device of the embodiment has a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit, an outlier removal unit, a creation unit, a margin value calculation unit, and a determination unit. The first acquisition unit acquires the first parameter. The second acquisition unit acquires the second parameter. The outlier removing unit removes outliers from the first parameter. The creating unit creates a received power model based on the first parameter. The margin value calculation unit calculates the power that is expected to increase or decrease due to factors not included in the output value of the received power model as the margin value of the contracted power. The determination unit determines the recommended value of the contract power based on the output value of the received power model and the margin value according to the second parameter.
