The aim of the paper is to establish the relation between the market value of milk fat and non-fat dry matter of raw milk collected in this country. Establishment of such a relation is useful for creating systems and rates for milk payments in the collection department, for settling the value of raw material for calculation subjects, for settling sales transactions for the purchased raw material between companies. The above-mentioned relations can indicate how the range of products and structure of raw material management can be created. Relations between fat and non-fat dry matter were compared taking into account selling prices for dairy products on the domestic and international markets, which were the basis for the establishment of these relations. It is crucial as the food market in this country is connected with the international market.
