Centrica Has Norway Duster

The UK’s Centrica drilled a dry hole at its 6407/12-3 well about 13 km southeast of the Draugen facility in the Norwegian Sea, Norway’s Petroleum Directorate said Thurs- day. It was the first exploration well in PL 470, awarded in the APA 2007 license round to the UK operator.
