This paper derives that the coefficient matrices of the active networks over F(z) without all-voltage source loops, all-current source cut-sets, all-voltage source and capacitor loops, or all-current source and inductor cut-sets are of the form A_(11) = (T + V)~(-1)U and B_(11) = (T + V)~(-1)N, where T = diag(z_1,..., z_n), V_(n×n), U_(n×n) and N_(n×m) are three matrices over F(z_(n+1),..., z_q). The condition of B_(11) ≠ 0 is given.
