Moldflow sells manufacturing division to Husky,keeps software

Husky Injection Molding Systems (Bolton,ON) announced that it signed an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Moldflow Corp.'s Manufacturing Solutions division for 7 million.With the purchase,Husky will be adding Altanium temperature controls,Celltrack and Shotscope software products,and MPX software (under license from Moldflow) to its hot runner and machine portfolio.
