A Technique and Setup for Obtaining the Differential Conductance of Resonant-Tunneling Structures

A technique for obtaining the differential conductance within the negative differential resistance region for resonant-tunneling and tunneling heterostructures is developed. An experimental setup for this technique is created and tested with a resonant tunneling diode device.
