摘要

Coronins are highly conserved regulators of the actin cytoskeleton [reviewed in (Chan et al, 2011)]. In neutrophils, CORO1A is fundamental in cell adhesion/migration and is functional in activating the respiratory burst [reviewed in (Chan et al, 2011)]. CORO1A has been linked to inhibition of neutrophil apoptosis in the context of chronic inflammation (Moriceau et al, 2009).
