Security fears grow as reluctant ISPs are forced to hold net users' details

With the Data Retention Regulations 2009 coming into force this month, information experts are urging internet service providers (ISPs) to make sure they are storing data securely to prevent unauthorised access and put in place an automated system for the destruction of data after the legal retention period expires.
