摘要

A theoretical estimation of the effect of chemical composition and concentration of organic matter on the intensity of analytical lines of rock-forming elements and the correctness of x-ray fluorescence analysis of products of exogeneous processes is given. A method of accounting for this effect in an analysis of humiferous and geochemically contrasting soils is proposed. Tests carried out on a set of actual soils show that taking account of organic matter decreases substantially the unsuspected systematic error and makes the use of standard specimens or artificial calibration mixtures unnecessary.
