OFFICIALLY, THIS new all-electric Boxster E is just a prototype, one of two rear-wheel-drive versions in existence and created to support an electric mobility programme sponsored by the city of Stuttgart. But it's no secret that Porsche's long-term goal is to produce a plug-in sports car to rival the likes of the Tesla Roadster, and the car driven here lays the foundations of what we can expect to see in the future.
