US November exports include 78,000t to Morocco

In November 2013, GTIS data indicates that a total of 125,000t was exported, most of which comprised trader shipments to Morocco of 78,000t. A shipment of 30,000t was made to Brazil, 10,000t to Chile and 4,000t to China. This contributed to a Jan-Nov 2013 export total of 1.50 million t down 10% over last year. Main market was Brazil with US exports totalling 593,000t, down 16%. China was second largest market with 277,000t exported, double the level last year, followed by Morocco with 177,000t, also double last year. These increases were offset by reductions of Mexico (down 58% to 167,000t) and Chile (down 62% to 66,000t).
