The OECD revised downwards its forecast for GDP growth across member countries in a gloomy Economic Outlook report that also said risks are weighted to the downside. The growth outlook for the whole of the OECD has been cut to 1.4pc for next year, down from a 2.2pc forecast in the spring report. That leaves growth flat against the expected 2012 level.
