Yip's Chemical appoints chief financial officer

Ho Sai Hou has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO) at Yip's Chemical. Outgoing CFO Ng Siu Ping will co-ordinate all the company's corporate governance issues and will continue to serve as an executive director and as a member of the board executive committee. He will also continue to serve as company secretary.
