AUSTRALIAN TELCO SWOOP APPOINTS JOHN PHILLIPS AS ITS FIRST CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AHEAD OF ASX LISTING

Australian fixed wireless and wholesale network infrastructure provider, Swoop, hasannounced the appointment of John Phillips as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ahead of itsproposed listing on the ASX in April.Phillips (pictured) will join the senior leadership team at Swoopcomposed of industry veterans and board members including Alex Westas CEO, Vocus founder and Chairman of Swoop, James Spenceley andAmcom Founder and Swoop Director, Tony Grist.In the newly created role, Phillips will be "responsible for overall financialperformance, growing the business organically and through acquisitionand taking the company onto the ASX."
