Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has awarded a contract to Shell Global Solutions, a division of Royal Dutch Shell, for improving the performance of the Shuaibarefinery and supervising its maintenance, the plant's Deputy General Manager, Mr. Hussein Ismail, has announced.
