Cyprus Could Launch a Second International Exploration Bid Round in the First Half of 2008

The Republic of Cyprus could launch a second international exploration bid round in the first half of 2008,according to the Head of the Energy Department of the Cypriot Ministry of Trade,Industry and Tourism,Mr.Solon Kassinis,replying to a question from AOG.He added that the government expected a larger number of oil companies to show an interest in the zones to be offered this time round.
