Russia forecast to use more steel in construction this year

Demand for flat and long steel products from the Russian commercial construction sector has been forecast to show a further increase this year. In 2013, commercial property construction in Russiashould grow by another 5.2 million square metres on top of last year's 5 million, Lada Belaychuk of real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield told a conference organized by Ukraine's Business Forum agency in Moscow last year.
