Agreement in Principle to Be Signed Between KPC and Sinopec in September for a Refining/ Petrochemical Complex in China

A memorandum of understanding(MOU)regarding the joint development of a refining and petrochemical complex in China is due to be signed in September between Kuwait Petroleum Corporation(KPC)and the Chinese company Sinopec,according to the Deputy Manager for Planning and Joint Ventures at Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC),Ms.Maha Mulla Hussein.
