摘要

The paper offers the main principles of the systematic approach to the experimental strength development of spacecraft structures. We shall deal with the decomposition of the problem of increasing the efficiency of the process which can be viewedas the evolving system. We shall formulate its purposes and objectives and present the efficiency criteria in order of their importance and suggest that their optimal values be found via the solution of vectorial problem in mathematical programming withinhomogeneous criteria.
