摘要

In the process by which the pitch is cooled and solidified, the powder pitch is generated by the destruction by which handling is accompanied. Because this powder was wet in the water used in the cooling process, it was not suitable for making to the product by re-melting. In our company Mizushima plant, we succeeded in obtaining with pitch which was able to be re-melted by dehydrating from this powder pitch with the centrifugal machine. As a result, the product yield of the solid pitch has improved by about 10%.
