Selection and investigation of tobacco cell lines, tolerant to vanadium

On the nutrition medium with the addition of 0.63 mM of sodium vanadate tolerant cell lines of tobacco Nicotiana tabacum L. var. Samsun were selected. During two passages these clones grew on medium with vanadium. Next one they were cultivated on the medium with the addition of sodium tungstate. Selected cell lines were tolerant both to vanadium and tungsten.
