Sport, health and nutrition are and have been my main interest areas since I was a young teenager. Throughout it has been difficult to distinguish between work and leisure time which is a privilege.In high schoolI designed and performed my first research project and convinced my class-mate to participate - eat no protein or a very protein-rich diet for 4 days and collect a urine sample. The exams went very well (highest mean grade in class) and I was admitted to the education "Sport & Health" at University of Southern Denmark, Odense. I obtained a bachelor degree and decided to take extra courses in biochemistry and statistics to upgrade my skills. Based on this I received an admission to start a secondary education in Human Nutrition at Copenhagen University (Denmark). The education was finalized by a master degree project (highest grade).
