TAKE SPACE TO GRASSROOTS AND IGNITE THE PASSION FOR SPACE CAREERS IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH SPACE EDUCATION OUTREACH

1. It was an awesome teaching space science to the Space Clubs in three (3) secondary schools in Ikot Abasi Local Government of Akwa Ibom State, Southern Nigeria, revealing opportunities in space industries. The second session of the Project for 2016 commenced on 16th May 2016 and ended on 18th May 2016 on a successful note. Thereafter the project started a follow-up programme with each of the benefiting secondary schools in the region. This offers great potential for space education and outreach. 2. HE Space Children's Foundation is reaching lives with great donations on space science equipment including Desktop Computer Sets, basic STEM textbooks, telescopes, gasoline generators, Planet Globe (Earth Prototype) and many more toys to inspire High School students who were unable to access such facilities.
