A study of implementation method for providing PSTN services over IP-network

When VoIP service is introduced, the user request that they want to use PSTN telephony service by VoIP is presumed. It has the capability that VoIP service can be provided at a low price by valid exploitations of PSTN service control software which it has already had with the legacy communication carriers. In this paper, we propose the software architecture of CA based on PSTN node system software.
