Kentucky Beekeeper Matthew Frost's Honey Bee Fascinatio Is Contagious

With the encouragement of family and friends, 13 year old Matthew Frost of Georgetown, Kentucky (pop. 29,098), started raising bees when his parents bought him two hives. He thought it would be a good addition to his family's hobby farm for pollinating the orchard and having some honey for the family to use. He soon became fascinated with the bees and today, six years later at the young adult age of 19, he has expanded and grown his business into a successful beekeeping operation with some 200 beehives.
