摘要

In the performance appraisal, choosing the appropriate performance appraisal method will make the performance appraisal system play a more effective role. In this paper, the author uses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the human resource performance of enterprises. Human resource performance evaluation system based on fuzzy mathematics theory is an improved evaluation model. On the one hand, it optimizes the accuracy of HRM evaluation by using clustering and mathematical methods. On the other hand, this model can be constructed on the information system to achieve dynamic evaluation. By building a fuzzy evaluation matrix to evaluate human resources management, we can scientifically calculate the performance contribution of employees, and thus achieve decision-making in salary increase, promotion, manpower allocation, education and training. Future research can introduce and select some other indicators and use the weight of indicators at the criteria level to make the results of performance evaluation more accurate.
