Amended Articles of Incorporation Proposed

The Articles of Incorporation of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Inc. (SPEI) have not been amended since 1994. On 9 July, 2017, the SPE Board of Directors passed a resolution approving a Restated Certificate of Formation (RCOF) for SPEI and recommending that it be sent to the members for approval. The RCOF will be presented to members for approval at the annual meeting of members on 11 October 2017.
