摘要

The studies, divided into three experiments designed as E, E+C and C were carried out with one hundred and eighty male Wistar/Hannover rats. In each experiment the animals were divided into six groups depending on the mode of exposition and additional amounts of vitamin E and C in standard food. The animals from control groups and groups II were fed with a commercial folder "Murigran" The-fats from groups III-VI were fed with a commercial fodder supplemented with multiple amounts of vitamin E, E+Cand C. The animals from groups II-VI were exposed to ozone ( 1.0±0.4 mg/m~3 ) with duration of 5 weeks, eight hours a day. After completing the experiments the blood from the rats was collected. The level of fluorescence of lipid and water soluble lipidperoxidation products, content of malondialdehyde, vitamin C and total proteins in blood serum were determined by the spectrophotometric methods. Data were analyzed according to statistics. The studies showed disadvantagous influence of ozone on rats' organisms and it was visible in increase of lipid peroxidation processes. The studies also showed that moderate increases in vitamin E and C intake to supplement the average daily diet for rats might be beneficial when animals are exposed to the increasedconcentration of ozone in the air.
