PURPOSE: To simply use ozone water of high concentration in respective films with good ecomical effect by eliminating the necessity of setting ozone water preparation devices at respective sites of using ozone water. ;CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a heat insulation closed container 20 of heat insulation structure for storing ozone water and a pumping means 21 for sucking ozone water from the heat insulation closed container 20, and a gun nozzle 23 is connected with the pumping means 21 and the ozone water is heat insulation stored in the heat insulation closed container 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
