Total is to rebid for the Zinia Phase 2 project off Angola in the third quarter as it tries to take advantage of falling development costs. Doris Engineering completed the front end engineering design for the project in Block 17 last year. It is to be a tie-back to the existing FPSO at the Pazflor project which is taking in crude from the Perpetua, Acacia, Zinia and Hortensia fields which lie in water depths of 1,969-3,937ft (600-1,2Q0m).
