Chevron invites again for reduced Angolan Takula

Chevron will send out invitations to bid for the slimmed down laku-la Oil Treating Heater Header project inAngola in two weeks. The US major originally launched the project in Block 0 last April (see AOG 23 April) with an award expected before the end of the year. It had shortlisted four companies to submit commercial bids in October. These were Chicago Bridge & Iron, Dynamic Industries, Friedlander and Saipem/Sonangol joint venture Petromar.
