Comparative Study on Two Queuing Way Based on AnyLogic

摘要

On the premise of the same arrival rate and service rate, changes of the queuing way is the key to improve the efficiency of the system. In this paper, analytical method and simulation method were studied on two systems, which have the same arrival rate, same service quantity, same service efficiency and different queuing way. Firstly, the two queuing system's analytical solutions are compared and analyzed, then two queuing system's simulation results are analyzed, and then, each kind of queuing system's analytical solution and the simulation results are compared and analyzed; finally, it is pointed out that the analytic results and the simulation results are significantly different, and the defects were analyzed which may existed in analytical solution and the simulation solution.
