An Original Investigation titled “Causes of Death After Nonfatal Opioid Overdose,” published online on June 20, 2018, did not include a mention of 1 of the 2 grants from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality that were used to fund the study and 1 of 2 authors to whom both such grants were given. The grant number, U19 HS021112, and the author’s name, Stephen Crystal, have been added to the Funding/Support section of the article endmatter. The article was corrected online.
