Pest control in the food business.

摘要

Examples where chemical pest control has resulted in food contamination are given. A list of questions is presented to help localize sources of contamination. Proposals for adequate sampling and some guidelines for analysis are given. The deficiencies of current German regulations for the use of pesticides are discussed, with particular reference to available commercial formulations.
