摘要

As we continue to witness a regular newsflow of corporate misbehaviors like the Enron scandal and large scale environmental damage, the concept of ethical leadership assumes an evermore prominent role in the successful running of a contemporary organization. A research paper by Ahmad and Umrani (2019) explores how an ethical leadership style (ELS) impacts upon job satisfaction (JS). In doing so, the paper forms a conceptual framework to help in also determining the effects of employee perceptions of Green human resource management (Green HRM) and psychological safety on this relationship. Data for the study were gathered by surveying 177 management level employees working within public sector health organizations in Pakistan, specifically at one of the biggest hospitals in the capital city of Islamabad.
