摘要

In this study we analyzed the effect of the Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), age-adjusted CC!, and scale of Instrumental Activities of Daily Living on the course of disease in 110 patients newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and older than 65 years of age. It was found that these comorbidity scores are of prognostic significance on the treatment outcome and course of disease.
