Nipple hypersensitivty—An unusual symptom of duct ectasia

Abstract Mammary duct ectasia (MDE) is a benign and often troublesome breast condition. The usual presentation includes colored nipple discharge and mastalgia. Nipple hypersensitivity has never before been described as a presenting complaint for MDE. This case report looks into such an unusual case.
