Impact of mobile-assisted learning activities on the life--long learning qualifications of teacher candidates

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of m-learning assisted applications on the life-long learning qualifications of teacher candidates. A single-group experimental study group was used in the research. The group consisted of 55 pupils and classes were realised in a mobile-assisted mixed learning environment supported by various written and visual education materials prepared in SkyDrive cloud environment. Pretest and post-test surveys were applied to the study group so as to obtain the opinions on life-long learning. Data were subjected to arithmetic mean, standard deviation and paired t test analyses using SPSS 20.00 package programme. In the end of the study, it was concluded that there was significant and positive increase in the life-long learning skills of students in mobile learning environment according to pre-test and post-test results.
