Our review of midstream performers –Noble Midstream Partners is one example –indicates that despite a downward trending rigcount and announcements of upstream budgetcuts, the midstream segment is expecting agrowth year. Some of this is related to theexpected completion of several pipelines out ofthe Permian basin and other regions. Apipeline cycle typically follows a drilling cyclebut this dip is expected to be relatively mildand may result in no pipeline cycle at all. Staytuned.
