PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently enable an electronic market by collating stored data related to the purchase with data related to sales and concluding transactions. ;SOLUTION: A central market system 1 previously informs a market client system 3 of market setting information such as market contents, market setting time or the like from the notifying part 15. A market client system 3 on a seller side or a buyer side participating in the market prepares information on application for buying/selling and transfers it to the central market system. The central market system 1, on the basis of received information on application for buying and selling, stores application data in either a storing part for buying application data 12 or a storing part for selling application data 13. Then, with regard to a market setting time, a collating part 14 of the central market system 1 collates application for buying and selling from the market client system 3 and attains to establish the buying and selling.
