Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ), which has become one of the key players in the large-di- ameter pipe (LDP) market over the past several years, is planning to enter the seamless pipe segment. Although the plant and the creditor assess the project as an attractive and promising investment, other Russian pipe makers predict more acute competition and potential overcapacity, considering the projects of other companies.
