Objectives Cholecystectomy is the definitive management of gallstone pancreatitis (GSP). The benefit of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients who do not undergo cholecystectomy remains unclear. This study aims to evaluate the effect of ERCP on all-cause and pancreatitis readmissions in GSP.
